Sam Weisberg is a theatremaker working primarily in directing and acting. He has worked as an assistant director and stage manager with a number of theater organizations in the Twin Cities, including The Playwrights' Center and Ten Thousand Things, and is an associate director at Blue Water Theatre Company in Wayzata, MN. With his friends & collaborators, he formed Commutator Collective in 2018 and has made a variety of original work with that group, including plays, zines, art, and informercials.
Sam holds a B.A. in Theatre Studies from Emerson College, and is also a Level-3 Certified wine specialist with the Wine and Spirits Education Trust. Outside of theater he is a wine and cocktail educator for France 44 Wines & Spirits in Minneapolis, and is always available for events which combine wine and theater.

Sam offers wine & alcohol consultation and teaching services, with a special emphasis on helping arts organizations. He is available to help with fundraisers, opening-night parties, staff retreats, and more!
