Minneapolis-based fiddler, vocalist, and music educator Rachel Felicia Calvert has performed her unique “chamber-grass” approach to fiddle music at stages all around the world, from Nashville to Istanbul. She can be seen performing with fiddle ensemble Triple Fiddle, stringband quartet Uncle Kenny, folk trio Said in Stone, and award winning band Barbaro, as well as frequently collaborating with dozens of folk, country, rock, and classical ensembles throughout the Twin Cities. Rachel teaches violin and fiddle lessons, and is the music/violin instructor at Zen Montessori. She is also a board member of nonprofit She Rock She Rock.

Rachel teaches private violin and fiddle lessons out of her home studio in North Minneapolis. She is certified to teach Suzuki violin through Suzuki book 3.
