Dee is a graphic designer and illustrator. Prior to retirement, she worked as Senior Art Director, Art Manager and production artist for corporations. Experienced with creative concepts, she can produce story boards for books, animation and video presentations. Having worked with set designers, she is a seasoned director of still photography and video for advertising promotions. With traditional board drawing and painting on canvas, she is a fine artist who creates works that tell stories you can hear with your eyes. Children's Hospital of Minneapolis commissioned eleven paintings that are on permanent display in their Pediatric Surgery Department. Dee also creates animation and digital images with computer technology. As an illustrator of educational and children's books, her works are published and sold in book stores and online. Writing stories for children, she has published and continues to develop her ideas. With her puppet Mazal the Dog, she entertains making jokes in Yiddish.
